1. Eligibility

Only one (1) entry per person per week will be accepted. Any additional entries submitted within the same weekly period may be disqualified or will not be counted. Attempts to bypass this rule by using multiple identities, email addresses, devices, or other methods are strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification.
5. Prize Details
Winners will receive the specific prop firm account as advertised on the giveaway page. The prize has no cash value and cannot be redeemed, substituted, or exchanged for cash or any other prize. No retail value is assigned to the prize.
All prize details are determined solely by the Sponsor. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes or expenses associated with the use of the prize. By accepting the prize, winners grant NickDoesFutures permission to use their name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
6. Odds of Winning
Chances of winning are based on the total number of valid entries received.
7. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. Notifications will be sent via email within five (5) days following the drawing. NickDoesFutures is not responsible for failed delivery of notifications due to spam filters, incorrect contact information, or technical issues. If a selected winner cannot be reached, does not respond within 72 hours, is found to be ineligible, or fails to complete required documentation, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate entrant.
8. Usage Rights
By submitting an entry, you grant NickDoesFutures and its partners the right to use your name, image, voice, and submitted materials for marketing and promotional purposes worldwide, without additional payment, where permitted by law.
9. General Conditions
NickDoesFutures reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if unforeseen circumstances, including technical failures, fraud, or other disruptions, compromise its fairness or integrity. Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the entry process, including the use of automated systems or multiple accounts, may result in disqualification. This Promotion is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida. Any disputes must be resolved individually and exclusively in the courts located in Florida. Participants waive the right to pursue claims as part of a class action and may only recover actual out-of-pocket expenses.
